I grew up in an environment where inclusion was part of the family's lifestyle: my older brother (Alex, 40 years old) is deaf and my nephew (Isaque, 5 years old) is on the autistic spectrum.

My mission is to make the internet a safe, fun, accessible and equally enjoyable place for everyone.

Lipe last experience was as a product designer lead at FARM RIO, the first Brazilian fashion brand to conquer the world,

present in 5 countries, based in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.

Lipe also worked as a human machine interface designer for the oil industry, later developing applications for electric vehicles for the French automaker Renault and currently working in the fashion market, especially in the development of ecommerces, app experience and leadership for product design teams.

Graduated in Design, postgraduate in Neurosciences and Psychology of consumption, Lipe brings projects developed around the world, always with a very careful look at people (creators and users).
